Return Policy

Boobie Shack is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchases. We accept returns on full-priced, non-international orders within 10 days of delivery. Please be mindful when trying on items, as returns must be in new condition with original tags still attached. Items that do not meet this criteria cannot be refunded. 

Request a Return

To return a purchase, please use the following instructions:

1. Email aloha@boobieshack.com to request a return authorization and return address within 10 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a description of the item(s) you would like to return.
2. Once approved, we will respond with a return authorization form and next steps. Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses. A pre-paid shipping label can be provided and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
3. We will contact you once your return has been received, evaluated and processed at our studio. 

International Returns

Boobie Shack does not accept returns on international orders. All shipments outside of the US are final. 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, Boobie Shack does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, please follow the steps above to return it and place a new order for your desired product. You can always reach out to our team at aloha@boobieshack.com for help, as well as further information on sizing, fit, material, etc. 

Damaged Goods

Boobie Shack makes sure all items are sent in excellent condition, but if you receive anything damaged or defective, please contact aloha@boobieshack.com.

Return Requirements

• Boobie Shack merchandise must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of original shipment date.
• All items must be returned unused, unwashed and in sale-able condition with all labels and stickers still attached. Boobie Shack reserved the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
• Returns must be accompanied by a packing slip with a return authorization number.
• Return costs are not covered by Boobie Shack.
• All sales are final on gift cards and sale items, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
