Boobie Shack LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Boobie Shack is a product producer who sells to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Boobie Shack.

Sales Taxes
Boobie Shack LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Hawaii. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state. Orders shipping to international addresses will be charged the applicable taxes and duties.

If you credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Boobie Shack will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. 

Boobie Shack makes every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, colors of the products depend on the computer monitor and hardware of the user, and we cannot guarantee that such a monitor or hardware will accurately display the colors of the products.

You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Boobie Shack LLC arising from any product sold on BoobieShack.com shall be the price of the product ordered. BoobieShack.com may contain links to other websites that are owned and operated by third parties, including Instagram. These links are included on our Site for your convenience and Boobie Shack LLC makes no representation or warranties with regard to the material on these websites or the suitability, safety or accuracy of any materials on such website. By using this Site you are irrevocably consenting to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the Maui County for purposes of adjudicating any action relating to this Agreement and waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction in such actions.
