Shipping Rates and Timelines
Boobie Shack ships all products from our Maui warehouse. We do our best to ship any orders placed Monday - Friday before 11am HST that same day. In some cases, it may take 1 to 3 business days to process your order. Our warehouse does not ship on Saturdays and Sundays and major holidays. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority at a flat rate of $8.50 charged at checkout.
We ship globally! Delivery times and rates will be shown at checkout. Customs and duties are included in shipping fees.
Changes and Cancellations
We begin to process orders shortly after they are placed to ensure quick delivery. However, if you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will look into the status of your order and change or cancel it if it has not shipped. Boobie Shack is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
Check the tracking link provided in the order confirmation email for information on the delivery of your package. All products purchased on boobieshack.com are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Boobie Shack LLC. If there is an issue with the delivery of your order, including products or merchandise arriving damaged due to shipping, please contact the carrier to start the claims process. Once you have received a claim number, get in touch with our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will quickly send replacement products.
